We offer free shipping for both rolled and framed artworks all over India. We only work with reputed courier partners for domestic deliveries. Most products are delivered in India within 7 to 10 days of placing the order if ordered without a frame. If ordered with a frame – it takes 10 to 14 days for delivery. If delivery location is a remote location or a village, it might take a slightly higher time for delivery. You can always connect to us for knowing the estimated delivery time before placing the order in such cases.
International deliveries (out of India) usually take 10-14 days for unframed artworks to common destinations like USA, Gulf, UK, Europe, Canada, Australia, Asian Countries. Please note this is an estimate, and can vary greatly depending upon the network congestion, customs clearance etc. We do not ship framed artworks out of India owing to high courier costs. Please note time taken for custom clearance is neither in our control or our courier partner’s control, hence delivery time can increase if customs holds the shipment for any reason. We charge a flat shipping fee of $25 per artwork. For customized artworks in bigger sizes we will provide shipping quote based on the same.
International customers must note that our costs do not cover Custom Clearance Fees and Custom Duties. If applicable, these charges would be collected by the courier partner at the time of delivery, or they might connect to you before delivery, for payments. These charges vary from country to country and subject to frequent changes – hence we can’t give you an estimate of the same. However, these are quite nominal and shouldn’t bankrupt the situation. As we usually use FedEx/UPS/DHL for international deliveries you can connect to their customer care in your country and take further information.
Care Instructions
Ideally artworks don’t require much care as it is a vertical surface, hence dust doesn’t settle quite easily. You can gently dry dust the artwork once in a month. You can also gently use a slightly damp cloth and dab it gently over the surface to capture the dust particles. You can do this once in 6 months. Please do not use soap water, detergent, disinfectants or any chemicals over the artwork as it might dissolve the colors. Paper and cloth artworks are usually framed with a glass on top, hence the artwork will remain intact. You would just need to clean the glass. Always keep artworks away from direct sunlight and also from walls having water leakage problem, as both can damage it.
Package Details
We process military grade packaging for all our shipments, so that they could absorb jerks and stack weight in the transit, and reach you in safe and sound condition. Unframed artwork prints are put in hard protective tubes and sealed at ends. The framed artworks are packed with a military grade material to ensure delivery without any damage incurred in the transit. The artworks are framed and packed in a custom-made box with additional thermocol layering to protect the frame and glass from damage.
Installation
We do not arrange for installation of the artwork. You would need to hire a carpenter or any technician who can drill holes in the walls., and put screws for hanging. We provide hooks at the back of each artwork.
Warranty & Guarantee Information
We offer 1-year warranty over all our products against cracking, fading, peeling or any other issue that could arise out of quality issue. Please note our warranty does not cover accidental or situational damages done to the artwork.
